Launched a scalable shopper insights platform for Brazil's Beauty and Wellbeing CMI team using AI, Power Automate, and Power BI. The platform captures shopper perceptions across six distinct consumer journeys through a mobile friendly form integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem. Leveraged AI powered prompts to generate actionable insights, automated data centralization, and real-time engagement tracking to transform raw data into strategic intelligence.

Low engagement and fragmented data made it difficult to collect and analyze shopper insights effectively. Required a solution that could scale across multiple consumer journeys while encouraging participation, centralizing dispersed data sources, and generating meaningful insights in real-time without manual intervention or data silos.

Automated insight generation across all six consumer journeys, centralized data collection eliminating fragmentation, and enabled real-time engagement tracking and monitoring.
